Innovation is a strategic cornerstone of IFA ROTORION. Developing visionary, new technologies all the way from the drawing board to serial production is a speciality of IFA-Technologies GmbH. The company’s activities revolve around research and development. Staff members of IFA-Technologies GmbH specialize in drive shaft development and lightweight construction.
Some 50 engineers, physicists, and chemists use state-of-the-art tools and methods to come up with a host of new developments; not just in the automotive sector but also in the fields of consumer products, aviation, and the military. IFA-Technologies GmbH has offices in Haldensleben and Braunschweig.
IFA-Technologies received an award as part of the „Germany – Land of Ideas” Initiative for its design study of an innovative lightweight construction car seat. In addition to processing fiber composites, IFA-Technologies is also exploring long-term opportunities for making products from renewable raw materials.
IFA-Technologies collaborates with the Technical Universities of Magdeburg, Dresden, Darmstadt, Aachen, and Braunschweig as well as with Magdeburg’s Fraunhofer Institute and the German Aerospace Center in Braunschweig.
